How much ad budget do I need?

It depends on your trade and how competitive your keywords are locally โ€” we'll give you a specific number in your strategy call, not a vague range on a website. As a principle: enough to get real data within the first month, capped so it can never run away from you. Ad spend is separate from the management fee and always visible to you.

Why can't I just start with ads? Other agencies let me.

They do โ€” and that's the problem. Ads pointed at a weak profile, thin reviews and no follow-up produce expensive clicks and few jobs. We gate ads behind a converting foundation because that's when they actually make money. It costs us revenue to say this. We say it anyway.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Google Ads and Meta accounts are created in your name, with your billing, and we work in them as managers. If you ever leave, the accounts, the data and everything we learned stay with you.
